There is a President and a Vice-president, technical team (two are engaged), Council Administration (there is the President, five Vocals the Public sector, and five of the Private Sector) and General Assemble, here there are the publics entities and privates associates with pondered vote.

Council Administration: the President gathers the council, for ordinary and minimum subjects once a month. General Ordinary Assemble: They gather once a year and they approve the budgets for next year and the accounts previous year. The assemble have to nominate the President every two years from the representatives with vote. Statutes: all the structure and organization of the Consortium rule with statutes, further action of the Foral Law of the Local Administration, Law of Local Regimen and other legal dispositions applicable to the Local Corporations. Finance: the consortium the finance is done with the ordinaries and extraordinaire quotas of the associates (for projects); with subventions for projects got from the Navarre Government and European structural funds and in less way by private sponsored. Headquarter: The Tourist Consortium of the Navarrese Pyrenees established with indefinite temporal character. The domicile and the headquarter of the Consortium is situated in the House of Aezkoa Valley in Aribe.
