5.- Make the necessary studios for the correct develop, a kind of tourism respect with the economic, cultural and natural environment of the Valleys and regions, proposing different rules of the use and management of nature and culture Patrimony and supporting the development based in the impulse of all the sectors economic traditional of the area.

6.- Collaborate with the public and private initiatives to get the economic resources for the financiering of the activities or inversions that will be made in the tourist sector.
